  1. Hello, I’ve been trying to get your shaders to work in my modded Minecraft RP series, and I keep getting a horrible block flickering effect in all the V5 shaders. I’m not sure how to fix this, or if you’d know how to fix it either? I know Nvidia GeForce updated last week to Version 347.88, but I’m not sure if that’d have anything to do with it? Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I adore your shaders and your work. ^_^ Thanks so much!

        1. There can be blocks wich render, no matter where they are.
And then the flickering only exists in that world.

          1. You can try changing settings in Optifine(if installed), like the [Chunk rendering]. There can be many ways. Or you try to remove a few mods, it can take it’s time.

          2. Yeah that’s kinda what I was thinking.. But it doesn’t happen with Sonic Ether’s shaders, so I may just have to use those, even though I like Kuda better. :/

Thanks for your help, EmeX I really appreciate it! 🙂

          3. No problem 🙂

Oh, and you may try to change some parts of the shader to fix it, some ways work, some don’t.

          4. I guess I could watch some tutorials, but I’m SO bad at changing configs and shaders, and stuff. 😛 But thank you! ^_^

          5. Yup, was nice trying to help you ^-^
Hope you will get it fixed! 🙂

            Still, have fun playing! 🙂

          6. What I posted fixes the optifine flickering for multicore, if you select smooth it also goes away.

As far as the world loading slow. Check to make sure lazy chuck loading is disabled and up the preload setting to 2 or 4.

            Good luck!

    1. in the nvidia control panel select “manage 3d settings”, then program settings, click add, right after you run minecraft, the version of java you use will be at the top, once it is added scroll to the bottom and turn “threaded optimization” to off, this will eliminate most if not all of the flickering.

      1. Thanks for the tips, but it didn’t help at all sadly. It’s just strange because (I’m using MultiMC) the flickering happens in one of my instances/saves, but not the other few I have the same shaders installed in. T-T

        1. Are you using Optifine? I always get flickering with blocks/chunks, but it disappears if I change the Chunk Loading option in video settings whenever I start playing. I’m also using 347.88.

          1. Yes I have Optifine! What do you set your chunk loading option to when you fix it? ^_^

      2. Well I take that back, I logged out and back in a few times after and it stopped, but now giant portions of my world refuse to render until I’m standing on top of them. T_T
